Speaker and Meeting Recap:
Our speaker was CSM Lawrence Wilson, who was a member of the team that caught Saddam Hussein in 2004. He is assigned to the Operation Test Command (OTC), the Army’s only independent test organization. OTC tests all equipment before it gets into the hands of the warfighter in realistic environments to assess effectiveness, suitability and survivability.
