HMAC Monthly Luncheon Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy

Luncheon reservations MUST be cancelled by calling Betty R. Manbeck at 713-201-5271 by 5 pm on the Monday of the event week. Cancellations NOT received by this time will not be accepted, and payments will be handled as follows:

Prepaid Reservations

If you paid online and fail to cancel your reservation as required above, your payment is NOT subject to refund. Why? Because HMAC has to pay your luncheon fee to the Marriott Westchase Hotel.

Pay at the Door Reservations

If you did not pay online, and requested to pay at the door the day of the event, then you MUST cancel your reservation as required above. Failure to cancel will result in HMAC issuing an invoice for the amount of the reservation. Why? Because HMAC has to pay your luncheon fee to the Marriott Westchase Hotel. Should the invoice go unpaid, no future reservations will be permitted.
