The Houston Military Affairs Committee (HMAC) invites members and non-members to attend our August, 2017 Monthly Luncheon. Due to the travel plans of many HMAC Board Members, the August meeting will not be held on a Thursday, and will instead be held on 23rd. The speaker will be Vice Admiral Thomas J.
