Our speaker was LCDR (Sel) Joe Leonard, USCG. He gave an informative talk about his duties as the Incident Commander at the Astrodome during Hurricane Katrina. His efforts were well recognized on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace when he was singled out by Mayor White and was the Person of the Week.
